You are welcome to visit our Village to find out what we can offer you and answer any questions you may have about Village living. If you choose us for your future but are not quiet ready, or what we have available is not to your taste, then we can put you on our future wait list and you will be contacted as Villas become available.
Villas provide independent living and range in size from single bedroom to three bedroom units with attached single garages, or 95m2 to 184m2. Our Villas are built and maintained to a very high standard, and most villas are positioned to ensure residents can enjoy breath-taking views.
Our Villas are furnished with carpets, drapes and fittings. Services offered to Villa residents include:
- Nurse call to the Rest Home should you need assistance.
- Smoke detectors in each Villa connected to the Rest Home.
- Security cameras, patrols & neighbourhood watch.
- Nurse care available
- Meals delivered or in the Village dining room
- Additional services on offer at a charge – meals, cleaning and nurse care
Maida Vale prides itself on making the Village a homely place. Friends and relatives are welcome to visit and stay. Friendly pets such as cats and small dogs are permitted.

Pricing and inclusion
Villas are priced from $600,00 to $990,000. This includes the Lifestyle facilities contribution fee of 30%. The weekly core service fee is $137.00, this is reviewed annually at our annual village meeting.
