Rest Home Level of Care
This level of care caters for residents who are reasonably independent and mobile but just need extra support in daily life. Residents receive 24-hour care as they are no longer able to live independently. We provide holistic care and support, a comfortable home, and a social community.
Residents are encouraged to attend activities, hobbies and outings. We are responsive to each person’s individual needs and offer some personal care and general support in day-to-day activities where needed.
All meals and cleaning are taken care of, as well as laundry and bedding.
Before moving into a rest home, most residents complete a needs assessment, which determines the exact level of care they require. Based on asset and income thresholds, a rest home subsidy may also be available.
Hospital Level of Care
We have a dedicated and professional team of registered nurses and care staff with a passion for aged care, ready to assist with all aspects of personal care, from medications and pain management to disease management and emotional support, 24 hours a day.
We are responsive to meeting the needs of each individual person as things change.
